Pray For My Baptist Foundations Class Seminarians! Baptist Foundations Class! These fantastic students are quite fun-loving together and I get a kick out of them. They even laugh at my jokes! Really!! So I would ask you to pray for these students as we progress through the semester. They will be working in groups as well as individually on some foundational studies out of God’s Word on distinct doctrines as well as Baptist History. Thanks for praying!

Pray For My Revelation Class Students! My Revelation Class. Please pray for them to grow in their understanding of this key book in God’s Word as they study it during this semester. It is obvious to me they are wanting to know it well and dig deeper. Most of these students were with me in Biblical Hermeneutics and now we are studying this multifaceted book together. Pray For These "Shepherds-in-Training"! My Travel Epistles men! These guys are awesome and need prayers for their training as under-shepherds of Christ in His church. We are presently studying in 1 Corinthians and it has been great to see their focus. Pray for them as they study but also begin to make a transition in their hearts and minds as to how they will bring God’s Word to bear in real practical ministry situations. Thanks for praying!

And Now For Something Completely Different! I kept waiting for this van to lift off the ground, soar over traffic and get wherever much faster than any of us were going!! I guess even balloon sellers have to get their goods to the selling spot somehow. I’ve seen this too with balloons galore flying out the back of a jeepney, but traffic has never been slow enough to get a quick shot. This time we were really going slow! ?

Seminary's Beautification Project in Full Swing!
Sitting in the same spot for 5+ minutes directly opposite the seminary and on my way to a meeting with our immigration visa service, Good Journey Travel. I was able to get a nice shot of the BBS&I front gate. A beautification project is underway at the seminary and it’s looking really nice. I told my classes I like it and that I had taken some pictures. They were appreciative of the call out because it is a lot of hard work.
