| Understanding Company Dynamics Using An Equity Tool Applying an equity tool to an existing program or policy in your department can be a concrete way to engage other staff members in discussions about structural racism and systems change. It can provide a concrete space to critically examine existing dynamics or status-quo communications and determine if and how staff would like to change those dynamics. At the same time, the tool can often identify new solutions or
opportunities for advancing equity. Check out the

| A tool that can measure "cultural distance" What's the "cultural distance" between Canada and other countries? Presenting
a new tool developed by experts from across two continents that provides a means to measure the psychological and cultural distance between two societies and create a distance scale with any population as the point of comparison. It may be used to design, plan, and justify a wide range of comparative psychological projects.
