K-9 Student Progress Reporting Policy Pilot Project

Thirteen school districts and two independent schools are participating in a pilot project to explore new ways of assessing student learning to align with the redesigned K-9 curriculum. After one year, most administrators, teachers, parents and students say they prefer the new approach, finding it provides more meaningful information and is having a positive impact on student ownership of learning.
