UB Points Breakdown UB points are one way we show students' participation, behavior, and commitment to the program. Points are documented each semester and will be used to determine if a student is eligible to attend cultural trips, their Senior trip, receive a graduation cord, and their UB status.
Points Breakdown Each Saturday Academic Meeting students will receive a total of 40 points, 10 points per class. The class points are broken down to include student's participation (5 points) and their behavior (5 points). If a student happens to miss a Saturday Academic Meeting they can still make up their points by completing the assignments posted on Canvas for each course.
Students can earn extra points and be deducted extra points outside of the 40 points. If a teacher feels a student is
going above and beyond during class they can give them Standout Student points, which is an additional two points. If a teacher informs staff that a student's behavior is continuing to repeat even after discussion students will be deducted two points each time. Lastly, if a student is late to the general meeting or late to their class they will be deducted one point.

Learn a New Language for Free with 7000 Languages They create free online language-learning courses in partnership with Indigenous, minority, and refugee communities so they can keep their languages alive. More than 7000 languages are spoken worldwide... and nearly half of them are endangered. Each language itself is valuable. But language revival is also linked to happier, healthier kids, advances in science, and more resilient communities. When we protect a language, we aren‘t just protecting words – we‘re protecting a cultural identity and the well-being of its people.
