Adams County Soil Conservation District: Public tree sale on Thursday the 4th of June from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. This sale will take place at our tree barn west of town. On sale will be the remaining trees and shrubs that were not planted during our tree planting season. Checks are preferred but cash is acceptable. We do not have the ability to accept credit/debit cards. This will be a first come, first serve sale with no holds. Please remember to use safe social distance practices when you arrive.
Buffalo Fest 2020: The Buffalo Fest scheduled for May 30, 2020 in Hettinger, ND, has been cancelled due to the Corona Virus pandemic. The
Buffalo Fest aimed at celebrating the buffalo-rich history of the Hettinger, ND, and Lemmon, Bison and Buffalo, SD, area as the location of the last great buffalo hunts and helping save the buffalo from extinction.
C&N Cafe: Take out orders available. Dine-in available, but social distancing guidelines apply. Continuing to close at 3:00 pm.
Friday Specials: Breakfast: 2 eggs, hash browns, toast & coffee. Lunch: Lasagna and garlic toast. Nighthawk burger with beef noodle soup.

City Wide Rummage Sale: POSTPONED
Community Clothes Closet: Reopening on June 1st; will be open on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1:00-4:30. Must wear a mask to enter the store. No one under the age of 16 allowed. No donations for now.
Headquarters: Masks are mandatory. Make appointments via phone. No walk-ins will be accepted.
Hettinger Armory/Fitness Center: Fitness Center will be open for use starting 5/14/2020 at 8 am. The Council advises all patrons to practice social distancing to keep yourself safe as well as other patrons. Keep a flexible schedule to avoid too many people using the Fitness Center all at once and avoid using equipment located next to another. The Council also wants to remind all patrons to be respectful and
use hand sanitizer as well as wiping down gym equipment after use - and to also put all equipment away when done. The gym remains closed at this time!
Hettinger Country Club/No-Man Open: We are sad to announce that the No-Man Open will not be taking place this year. This tournament has been heavily sponsored by businesses and individuals throughout Hettinger, Scranton, Lemmon and beyond. We feel that since Covid-19 everyone has been affected including our sponsors, therefore, we are choosing to take a break from this tournament, for one year. It is out of respect for our amazing sponsors that we chose to make this difficult decision. We hope to see you all in 2021 for the 5th Annual No-Man Open! Please stay safe and don‘t forget to shop local!

United Methodist Church: In addition to the service live in-person on Sundays at 10 a.m. from the parking lot of 408 Airport Road, there is a 30-minute radio broadcast each Sunday morning at 9:05 a.m. on KNDC radio AM 1490, Consolidated channel 91 and the free app at kndcradio.com. During the week, devotions will air on Facebook live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:08 p.m.

Kennedy‘s: Expanding hours starting Monday, May 11th to 7:00 am-7:00 pm Monday-Saturday, and 9:00 am-6:00 pm Sunday.
Pastime: Hours in the bar are 4:00 pm-9:00 pm Monday-Thursday and Friday & Saturday 4:00 pm-10:00 pm. Space will be limited. The Steakhouse will be reopening the dinning room with limited capacity @ 5:00pm 6/1/2020! Dining is also available on the Patio as well!! We will
continue with take-out, online and curbside. Take-out can be picked up inside, at the window or delivered to your car. We look forward to seeing you!

Runnings: Our store hours will be as follows: M-F 7:30am - 8:00pm, Saturday 7:30am - 6:00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm.
Scruffy's: We will be opening our dining room on Monday June 1st, 2020. We will have very limited seating and some precautions will be in place for the public's safety. Please be patient with us during this time, and remember that our drive up is also available for take out orders. We also do have outside seating available, so please utilize this when you can. Orders can be placed inside and we can deliver your order to you in the outside seating area.

Summer Rec. Programs: We are going to have coach pitch, little league, babe Ruth and softball!! No teeball! Text or get ahold of Amanda Kari-605-892-5177 or Reba Resner-701-567-3407 to register your kids (coach pitch, little league and softball) Babe Ruth will have sign up at the mirror lake ball field from 4-6pm on Friday... Coach Christopherson will have waivers to sign there before kids will be allowed to practice! Their practice will start June 1! We hope to start the others practicing June 8! We have to take extra precautions to keep our coaches and kids safe so please be patient and understanding with us! We recommend if at all possible to have your kids get their own helmets and
bats to be safe. There will be no busses this summer... kids are encouraged to ride with their parents or find other arrangements! Thank you so much for your patience as we try to figure out the best way to keep our kids safe!
Suzie's: Will re-open Wednesday May 6 at 4:00. Hours will be Wednesday & Thursday 4pm-10pm, Friday and Saturday 4pm-midnight, and Sunday 4pm-10pm The restaurant will continue to do take out and curbside, and orders can be made at bar as well.
