The Ministry of Education is continuing to make improvements to the online experience for new and current certificate holders. One of these improvements is how you can obtain a copy of your teaching certificate. Effective June 1, 2020, if you hold a valid teaching certificate in good standing you can securely access a digital copy of it through
Your Account. You can also purchase a copy to be printed on certificate stock paper and have it mailed to you. Please be advised that new certificate holders will no longer automatically receive a printed certificate. These changes provide a more secure and environmentally sustainable way for certificate holders to access their certificate. If you have any questions, please email the

A second change that we're implementing is how we communicate with you. Effective June 23, 2020, all Ministry communications, including future copies of Learn, will be emailed to you at the email address on file in
Your Account. Please log in to Your Account to verify the address you'd like us to use for Learn and any future correspondence related to your professional certification.
