Helping Your Students During the Pandemic

Do you know students who would benefit from mental health support? Students can struggle with mental wellness during summer months - when distanced from their important connections with teachers and peers. We also recognise that this can be magnified during the unprecedented times we are in. Foundry is a comprehensive resource for teachers to help support students through a variety of personal circumstances including mental health care, substance use services, primary care, social services and youth and family peer supports. Foundry brings integrated health and social services together for young people aged 12 to 24.

With centres across the province and many online services, including drop-in counselling, Foundry‘s goal is to make it easier for young people and their families to find the care, connection and support they need. Foundry also represents community agencies, government, donors, youth and young adults, and families coming together to improve the wellness of B.C.‘s young people.
