One Girl Can introduces students to the concept of gender equality and the needs and challenges many girls face across the globe. It also includes boys in a conversation about gender equality and the role they play as allies for change.
One Girl Can shows that all children – not just girls – can be a part of positive change. Advancing gender equality is critical to all areas of a healthy society, from reducing poverty to promoting the health, education, protection, and the well being of all girls and boys.
