TRIO Upward Bound (UB) is a pre-college program that assists high school students in completing high school and pursuing and completing post-secondary education. UB teaches students about college entrance exams, college choices, preparing for college while still in high school, and so much more.
TRIO UB offers a wide range of services that help students gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to successfully graduate high school.

The last recruitment meeting is this Saturday! This meeting is for any student who had to miss any of the previous Saturday meetings.
If you have any parts of your application completed you can bring them this Saturday! The staff can go through it and be sure everything looks good before the deadline. | When: Saturday, November 5

Location Students will go to the first floor in the Sage Hall Building (you can put "UNT Sage Hall" in your GPS and it'll take you there). The physical address is shown above.
Breakfast will be set up on the first floor, similar to the last meeting.
If you are driving, you can park in Lot 54 (Union Circle and Chesnut St.).

Do-Over Scholarship
Mistakes - we've all made them. Too bad life doesn't always give you a mulligan. Or does it?
What if you had the chance to "do-over" a moment in your life? What would it be? How would it affect you and your future?
What we learn from our mistakes can often be invaluable - but we're here to help put a price to it. While we can't undo the past, this fun scholarship is available to students looking for a unique way to earn free college money. Our Do-Over Scholarship will award $1,500 to one lucky applicant. Don't let "applying for this scholarship" be that do-over moment for you!

Requirements
- This award is for U.S. students.
- Must be a legal U.S. resident.
- Must be a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia
- Must be 14 years of age or older at time of application.

The Do-Over Scholarship winner will be notified by email or phone on or around.

| Free Hotspot from T-Mobile T-Mobile believes access to education is access to opportunity. That's why they are offering free hotspots. Students can receive a free hotspot with 100GB of internet per year for five years. There are no fees, costs, or annual re-certifications.
Students can qualify for Project 10Million through eligibility for the National School Lunch Program, which also can be verified through participation in many government programs.
