Greetings! We hope that you have had a chance to enjoy a taste of the beautiful warm weather we had a few days ago. May 18 is the District Transition Day, where grade 5 and grade 8 students visit their prospective middle and secondary schools. Shortly following that date, School Based Teams will meet and share information that will help the transitioning students be placed into classes for the fall. Please either add to the shared excel file about your transitioning students so that the feeder school(s) can see it or else contact them directly and decide on your own method of sharing information.
