CUSP alert: EMPIRE STATE TAX CREDIT open for comments!!!

Hey, CUSP supporters!
The NEW YORK STATE POST PRODUCTION CREDIT PROGRAM has been opened by the state for comments! This means they're listening to constituents until the end of February to see if they should take the program back into committee to change things. 
This is a big step towards getting the expansion of the credit we've been working towards. SO, we absolutely need the guy who is taking comments to hear from as many New York animators as possible. Let's join our voices and tell him that the production credit needs to be expanded to include animation.

I believe that the Empire State Post Production Credit should be expanded to support more New York animated film and television production. 
Currently, the definition of "post production credit" in THE EMPIRE STATE POST PRODUCTION TAX CREDIT PROGRAM is too narrow and excludes the animation work taking place in animation studios and post-production houses all over New York. Therefore, the production tax credit needs to be expanded to include the actual production stages of animation.
